Had the rock melon and pistachio on a very hot afternoon - felt so good! Melon was fragrant, slightly on the sweeter side. Pistachio was delicious and I’d order that again when in Newcastle 😊 …

Meh...pretty much sums up our experience unfortunately. We were excited to try this place out after reading the reviews but we were very underwhelmed by the shop, the service, the flavours (range and taste!) and the servings.

Waited in line for 20 minutes. During that time we barely moved 2 meters closer to the door, with atleast 3 meters remaining. We also only saw halve a dozen walk out with gellato/ice cream. Seriously don't understand how it could possibly be so slow... a one armed blind person could have served quicker. So we ended up giving up and left. Which was unfortunate because we know the gellato/ice cream is really good (especially the pistachio)

Generous delicious servings @ $9.90 for 3 scoops- best pistachio ever. Not a fan of other flavors we’ve tried - Oreo, strawberry, chocolate.

This was my favourite place of visit of 2021. Polite staff, reasonable pricing and relatively quick service. Easy to choose since there is always some new flavour to try and so far I was very satisfied. On top of that, you have option to park near by and walk alongside of park, which is just few block away.

The gelato is great and exactly like in Italy, I love it and I am a usual customer. Unfortunately when I was there this weekend the girl serving me was a picture of sadness poor thing, she clearly didn't wanna be there.
